   Joe H of Santa Monica died in 2007 in Brazil, so this talk was not given in 2008. The International meets every 5 years and did not in 2008. This workshop was called “Identification: are we losing it?” This was probably at the 1985 International Convention in Montreal.

   Joe Hawk(RIP)Knew more about the book, and the steps, than anyone I’ve ever heard. Great for newcomers.
