I have been enjoying listening and learning about alcoholism I seen Bill in me OMG
Bottom line is, if I want to play baseball I cannot read the NFL rules. I can’t play hockey with a tennis racket. I cannot “do” AA without the Big Book. I totally related to what he said about the “keep coming back” but no answers forthcoming. If I want what they had, I’ll do what they did. For me, the answers are in the Big Book, as written. If I’m not following the AA playbook, I am welcome to call what I’m doing whatever I like, but I need to stop calling it AA.
