Thanks again for this site, I’ve been stuck at home with a damaged knee, very grateful to be able to “plug in” and listen. Tom I has such a poignant story to tell, he’s a prime example of how (in his words) a broken and wasted life can turn around to a whole and useful one. A tragic event and direct consequence to his drinking led him to AA and he’s been sober since his first meeting. He has a strong belief that this program is built to work. It’s good to see the progression of sobriety as well as the progression of the illness. A message of hope, and of faith. He mentions the necessity of annonimity and the keeping the message close to its original beginnings.
