   This man has helped to keep me sober and happy, for over four years. I relate to much of his life experiences and need his tone. He did all this from his final reward, and I am thankful.
   I’ve grown some. My character defects are many, but I stay teachable.
   “I quit, I don’t want any more.” Surrender is power.

   Strong message. He makes vital points – Self knowledge is not enough and the importance of self honesty. We can get cookies and coffee anywhere, AA is a place to get in the middle of the wagon and be a part of… if we want it.
