Chris R says it like it is. He sorts out the alcoholic from the people who aren’t alcoholics that shouldn’t be here. These pretenders who don’t speak about alcohol what so ever using the old “The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking card” people who can get sober on there own and come along to Alcoholics Anonymous after years of not drinking on their own recognizance. The people who don’t do the steps yet preach the Big Book and they aren’t one of us. The rooms in Australia are empty because of these non alcoholics. I would love to have more people like Chris R because of people’s feeling could be hurt by being told that there not alcoholics. Then there the predators types that come to the rooms to find love or sexual partners by preying on the vulnerable woman and or men. I don’t live in Australia anymore but I come back a couple of times a year to see family and friends. Chris R has a way to put people in their place by being truthfully about his passion, AA’s Big Book and the Spiritual Awakening that occurs after doing the Steps. Thank you Chris R
