   Chris R and Myers R carry a strong message of recovery and the importance of carrying the message of depth and weight to newcomers in meetings. They talk about how discussion meetings water down the message of AA and getting back to the message found in the book Alcoholics Anonymous. They have been lifesavers for me when I have left meetings feeling like people just want a place to dump their problems instead of finding a solution.
