I enjoyed this tape – Roy is quite funny, he basically covers all the steps, but goes into depth for Steps 10-12.
The best part is he tells how he uses the Steps simply, but dedicated, every day – it’s not a painful, arduous undertaking either – just gives an outline how to practice all the main principles daily and how it keeps him spiritually fit.
