     Hi Mark,

     I get the sentiment as I personally find the ads intrusive at times (especially when the system loads 8 ads on a page). It would have been great if they were not necessary.

     Unfortunately, its a necessary nuisance in order to keep the site alive, functional, and free (this site is not cheap to run; this is not a simple $8.95/month godaddy site (not trying to sounds snide at all).

     As we speak I have been funding necessary server/security upgrades as well as having a new theme built requiring 2 developers. I’m hoping the new theme will help make the ads less intrusive.
