Wow! Mark H covers just about everything here! Tells it how it is in sobriety… no sugar coating, the difficulties he’s experienced in sobriety, the reality of this talk is amazing. He said it how I’m feeling right now, it’s helped me so much to come thru a “low” stage of my own sobriety. I think it would also be good for Newcomers, he covers just about all the steps. This talk is jam packed. :)))
