Not sure if you were aware but Bob recently passed on fb there is a group called in appreciation of Bob Earll
So sad for his young daughter and for all of us codependents.
I love Bob E. his analogy of the Vulture on the bedpost and “just showing up at the closet” was me and is me still today to some degree. I was given or found a cassette tape in 1993 or 94 and listen to him on the way to work to keep mind off of me and to hear any other voice than the one in my head and still sober
